The Quiet Rise of Gold
Share
Healing doesn't always roar; sometimes is whispers...Today’s kundalini awakening meditation didn’t arrive like a wave crashing onto shore.
It came quietly—more like a warm hand resting against my lower belly, steady and patient. The heat in my sacral chakra didn’t explode or rush upward.
It unfolded.
Slowly.
Like a knot being worked loose one breath at a time.
For the first time in a while, my creativity didn’t feel trapped behind a door. It felt like it finally had room to move.
Then the crown of my head felt as if someone had lifted a veil—thin, cool, and soft—giving my mind a little more space to breathe.
With the world feeling so heavy and chaotic lately, that small shift felt almost miraculous.
It reminded me that power doesn’t always show up as fire and thunder.
Sometimes it shows up as quiet permission.
What stayed with me was a vision that kept returning:
A single green peacock feather, rich and iridescent, washed in a gentle golden light.
Not glowing on its own—just illuminated, as if the light chose it.
Beautiful, resilient, steady.
It carried a truth I needed:
Creativity can survive turmoil.
Light still reaches us.
Love hasn’t disappeared.
The gold felt protective, like a warm shield around something delicate.
Not armor… more like a soft barrier that kept the world's sharp edges from cutting so deep.
Here’s what I realized:
- healing doesn’t always announce itself
- creativity can heal in small, quiet ways
- love is strongest when life feels fragile
And the part that struck me the most:
This kind of shift isn’t reserved for special days or special people.
You can feel it, too.
Not by pushing yourself or expecting transformation, but by allowing one moment of softness. One breath where you stop holding everything up.
That feather didn’t appear because I demanded clarity.
It appeared when I finally let myself rest.
Maybe your symbol will look different—a color, a sound, a memory that warms your chest—but the experience is just as real. The body knows how to open. The heart knows how to rise again, even under weight.
And if today you’re emotionally drained—if you’re tired in that deep way that goes past sleep—let this be enough:
A single breath that doesn’t hurt.
A quiet pause that doesn’t require effort.
A flicker of light you don’t have to chase.
You don’t need to feel inspired.
You don’t need to change anything.
You don’t need to be “better.”
Sometimes the most powerful act of healing is simply allowing yourself to stop for a moment and set the world down.
That moment counts.
